If you are looking for an Ignition Interlock System to fulfill a legal requirement for Pennsylvania, to use voluntarily for the protection of your loved ones, or are you considering use for business or fleet vehicles, you have come to the right place.
Here at Truck & Motor, our program is designed to allow revoked drivers the ability to maintain gainful employment, and assist the needs of those who desire to address a drinking problem.
We are currently installing the Alcohol Detection Systems “the Determinator” Model DM-904. This is a state-of-the art alcohol specific ignition device. This device is approved by the State of Pennsylvania. All approved devices are maintained to the same standards as determined by the state.
Still interested??
Well the first thing the customer wants to know is price.
This seems to be a reasonable request, considering if this is mandated by the state you have probably already spent thousands of dollars for legal fees, court fines, and other numerous expenses. First, let us discuss some issues you should be aware of.
Q1. Where is the company that leases you the machine located? Who will be dealing with you if a problem happens? Are they even in the same state? Is the equipment reliable?
A1. We are locally owned and operated in Lemoyne, PA. We lease the machine direct to you and have an experienced staff to help determine any problems you may incur. (We like to believe our equipment is 100% reliable but let’s be real. It’s a computer in a box and problems can occur.) Also, if you are having car problems we have a full service repair shop to repair your vehicle or perform your annual state inspection and emission test (This helps with not having to take the vehicle to another location and having someone tamper with the interlock system).
Q2. What is the cost you should be aware of when comparing prices?
Cost of the machine
Install fee
Uninstall fee
Missed appointment cost
Late appointment cost
Late payment for lease cost
Insurance cost
Violation costs
A2. Here at Truck & Motor we have several payment plans to choose from. We will be happy to explain your options by calling 717-730-9680.
Here is a list of documents you will need.
1. Your Penn DOT restoration requirements letter.
2. Vehicle information.
3. Current insurance information.
That’s it – we will do the rest .
